Paul Thomsen is a senior ConfigMgr Engineer for Microsoft's Management Platform and Services Delivery group, serving Microsoft IT and others. He is primarily working on ConfigMgr 2012 and ConfigMgr 2007 client health but has expertise in many other ConfigMgr features and works on multiple hierarchies totaling 300,000 clients. Paul has been active in the ConfigMgr community for over 14 years, including over 3 years as a technical writer on the SMS/ConfigMgr product team, and he continues to work closely with the ConfigMgr product team.
